| We offer a FIVE year "NO EXCUSES" guarantee. If active drywood termite infestation is found in your home within 5 years of the date of fumigation, we will re-fumigate or treat infestations at no charge. Evidence that shows the original colonies were not eliminated, we will re-fumigate your structure at no charge (very rare). A fumigant has no residue and no residual effect. Therefore, new infestation can occur within 5 years. Due to the slow development of Drywood Termite colonies, it is generally easy to differentiate between old and new colonies. New colonies will not be evident for 2 to 4 years after the initial infestation. Most structures we fumigate are 10 to 15 years old or more. Rarely have Drywood Termites infested a structure and shown any significant evidence of infestation within the first 5 to 10 years. However, no excuses will be made, if you have Drywood Termites within 5 years, we will eliminate them at no charge. |

| One, two or sometimes a three year guarantee may be offered. These guarantees are usually limited by the guarantee offered by the subcontractor or may be a company policy that extends beyond (these guarantees may be contingent on renewal of an "Annual Control Service Contract"). Usually the third party subcontractor gets involved and may require pressure from your Termite Operator to resolve the guarantee and re-fumigate. |
